If the price of a parking pass goes up this much I better get my own parking spot and it better not be a mile away from all my classes.

That's ridiculous we already have to pay a pretty big amount at the start of the year

Why should I pay to park where I live?

I'm already stuck paying $100 a semester for a fitness center I will never get to use so what makes them think I want to pay for this parking lot as well?

I don't think it's right that tech raised the price of parking without consulting the students. Part of the appeal of tech is that it's affordable. I feel if they go through with this, it's going to decrease business for them dramatically.

Not only do the costs increase drastically for people not going to use the added features but this will not help the parking situation for commuters at all especially the ones living close by to campus. Parking spaces are already limited decreasing the space for commuters only will increase people breaking the rules and it won't be by choice but students wont have any other option to get to class on time. Not everyone can leave an hour earlier than they normslly would just to get a parking spot.

Please keep Tech the most affordable school in the state. Parking is a big issue, and there are better solutions out there that do not involve a price raise.

I will be sharing this with all of my friends. This is ridiculous.

It's hard enough to pay for school as it is. Not to mention there's never enough parking on campus anyway so why would I pay $100 to not be able to find a spot anyway

Tuition is enough. Nearly $100 is ridiculous for mediocre parking.
