To attorney general. I'm I life long resident of Erwin. I work hard and pay my taxes, and I have never been in any trouble. It really bothers me that the sheriff whom has 10 felony bills against him won't resign and is taking tax payer monies to stay in office. I agree that he is innocent until proven guilty, but to let him live of the tax payers while faceing such charges is beyond me. I wish someone in this fine state could have th courage to remove him from ofiicse until this is settled. People in this town are afraid to speak up because of the power he still holds. I think it is your responsibility to fix this situation so people in this town can have the ability to be more open.
