For the sake and health of the server, so people can enjoy the whole game peacefully and have some peace in country/word chat clean the non-english offenses, and stop persecution yelling spam and etc.. All the people keep on asking for his ban, all the people is tired of Him and his friends, Dynasty and Empires all share this same feeling!

Finally someone said it. The spam in world chat is getting out of hand and it ruins the whole game for everyone else.
