Without any notice, in February 2011, we came to find out that Tina Kuehl does not work at Vista del Sur anymore. Tina Kuehl has worked for Laveen School District for many years. She was always smiling, courteous and helpful, more knowledgeable than any other person in school administration. If for some reason she did not know, she would move mountains to find answers to our problems. Since she has been THE ONLY person to have things done, she has always been THE ONLY person to go to at Vista del Sur Traditional School’s front desk. We were told she resigned. However we question circumstances of her resignation. Therefore we, the undersigned, request that Governing Board takes all the necessary action to investigate resignation of Tina Kuehl. Upon finishing investigation we request that Governing Board acts in accordance to Tina Kuehl’s rights and the law.

Tina was the backbone of that office. My kids loved her and we always felt welcomed when she was at the desk. Something feels really wrong about how sudden this all happened.
