I would be shopping at a Mid-City TJs all the time. I only go to TJs once a month right now because it's not convenient. Parking at Culver City and LA Brea and 3rd stores is a nightmare. Midtown Crossing doesn't have parking issues.

If there were. TJ's in Midtown Crossing, I would never shop anywhere else. Right now a lot of us shop at Ralph's out of convenience because TJ's is not located close enough. I would love to be a Trader Joes customer instead!

I live within walking distance to Midtown Crossing and if there was a Trader Joe's there I'd spend all my money there instead of Ralph, as would my tenants and neighbors, I'm sure!

We love trader joes!!! The one on LA Brea is always crazy busy and has a terrible parking problem. I guarantee you a grateful reception from an underserved community!

I would shop there and love the idea, I would think there maybe a non-competition clause that Smart and Final has against any other grocery stores though....
