We know that the Nickelodeon company is making a 2 part television movie called 'Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie', but a new Rugrats reboot should be titled All-New Rugrats, but only with the classic 2001 designs. When do we want a new Rugrats reboot titled All-New Rugrats? 2019! sign this petition if you want it to be rebooted.
