Final supporters
A decision was made by the Titans organization to send only 1 of 3 teams to the regional competition this year. In the beginning of the season, parents were already aware of their foregoing any National bids that could be won during Regionals. Halfway through the season, it was decided without any input from coaches or parents to send the "Senior" team - Junior Midgets to Regionals. Regionals were supposed to be held in Winston-Salem, but were moved to Charlotte for whatever reasons - regardless, there would be limited expenses incurred as it is our home state! We have paid our registration fees, practiced our hearts out, conducted fundraising over the summer and beginning of season, and would have gladly fundraised more to defend our championship in our home region!!!
So I ask parents to stand with together to send our Junior Pee Wee girls who have a fabulous coaching team and girls that are excited to compete but aren't getting the chance to because of organizational changes and decisions.

I am currently drafting a formal letter to the Titans board requesting a breakdown of the criteria used to select only one team for the regional competition. Once I receive a response or a formal refusal to engage, I will publish the results here so everyone can see the stated reasoning.

The volume of support has reached a point where I am now formalizing a written request for a meeting with the organizational board. I am currently finalizing the document to ensure our specific concerns regarding the Junior Pee Wee team transition are addressed clearly.

This is blatantly unfair. The way it was decided was sneaky and underhanded, too. ALL these girls who work so hard deserve to participate. Otherwise, why even have all the teams? I say the board needs to be replaced.
The voices of the kids, parents and coaches always matter! Without them there is no reason for a board!
They should all be able to go they all work there hearts out for this
My grand daughter has worked hard for this competition.
Y'all can do this!!
All of the girls deserve the same chance.

They all work very hard for this! If they earned a spot they should be there! I'll happily help raise the funds!!!
