We, the undersigned, are totally and utterly fed-up with the appalling service and support we are receiving from Tiscali for our broadband connection and as customers believe we are entitled to a fair service, and at the very least the service we are all paying Tiscali for. We want immediate remedial action to be taken by Tiscali. PLEASE NOTE THAT A BRIEF, OR INDEED VERY BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR TROUBLES IN THE COMMENTS BOX WOULD BE A GREAT HELP.
