When I first heard he was going to allowed unsupervised outings well....I had a bunch of 'words'. So' I will say it like this, 'are they ******* crazy or what???' I think the doctor needs to be put on medication and locked up as well; not to mention some of the government as well. That is one nut that should never be able to see the light of day again!! UNREAL!!!!
total nonsense. if you do the crime you do the time no exceptions. tired of these doctors deciding who gets to walk free after what they done.
HOW IS THIS STILL HAPPENING. mental illness or not you take a life you stay behind bars forever. period. sick of seeing our justice system fail us over and over again.
its about time someone stood up for the victims. my heart breaks for the families having to live with this nightmare while the person who did it gets a free pass.
absolutely ridiculous that they get out. just makes me sick to my stomach to think they walk free among us. justice for tim.

this world is going straight to hell in a handbasket...its unforgivable to reward a criminally minded violent mental patient like this!
