Vince lee himself doesn't want to go out into the world because he knows if he forgets to take his meds he will go out of his mind, not only that but people are prob out to get him .

It's time for the Justice system to live up to it's name. If the Law dictates that Vincent Li or any other dangerous offender can basically walk away from the crime and claim insanity, sends a clear message to he rest of the free World to do as they please, but hey, once you are in a court of law for the crime you commit then just plead insanity or crime of passion and you either get a lighter sentence or walk!! If this is the case then the Laws as they stand need to be corrected to reflect the punishment meeting the type of crime exorcised and changed to now reflect a humane, and fair judicial system. It's time for change!!!

If he is well enough to have unsupervised outings , then he's well enough to stand trial for murder

Justice needs to be done here. If he is found sane enough to walk in society again then off to jail he should go to serve a full sentence. It is devastating what they have done here.

Signed and hopefully this monster will never be released. What that poor boy went through was horrific for him and his family. R.I.P and thoughts go out to all his family. It saddened me to read this in the newspaper and always will. R.I.P

Changes need to be made. In support of Tim's family and friends and for all other families that live with this type of sorrow would drive anyone insane knowing that there really is no punishment for a life taken too soon. With or without a mental disorder the laws need to change. Life for a life!! Even if it means life behind bars. The way the laws are now a days, life behind bars is a joke as well!! We, the citizens of this beautiful country pay for these individuals to live in these jails. Does that make sense!!

The Criminal Code NEEDS to be changed, this particular killer is only a few pills away from doing it again and needs to be controlled for the rest of his life to protect the innocent.
