Parents should have rights sure, but what about us grandparents? Some of us are going through custody battles right along with our kids against agencies like DFCS. Now I don't know about anybody else, but I have been trying for almost 14 mos. to just get visitation rights with my grandchildren in my home that are not monitered by someone in the system. This is pretty pathetic!!!!!!I cannot afford an attorney, and legal aid won't help in cases like this. I'm mad as heck, and wondering if anyone else out there feels the same. I'm looking for all the signatures I can get to see if we can make a difference. It's about time I say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
