Does our vote as a citizen truly mater when electing our US President? NO!

On September 6, 1787 the US Congress developed/approved the Electoral College vote, which in turn give them the full ability and power to elect the United State President NO matter what the general populations vote turn out is. And in the Presidential election years of 1876, 1888, and in 2000 the Congress voted against the general population vote and elected the US President of their choice.

Why? Back when the Electoral College vote was developed Congress wanted to insure that only a qualified person could become President of the new foundedUnited States of America (see: Federalist 68). And were afraid that the general public could be manipulated and controlled. So Congress made them selves a legal buffer.

Time has changed since the 17 and 1800. It seems now that Congress has to much power and don't seem to always care what the people have to say. So it's time that our votes do count. We the people have the power to change this through the 1st. Amendment gives us the right to "PETITION" the government/Congress for a "Redress of Grievances." Asking Congress to "make amends, set right, rectify, and adjust to the needs of it people." The voters of the United States of America and give us our right as citizens, to make our voices heard on this next Presidential election. And ABOLISH the Electoral College Vote.

We the People of the United States of America ask that there be a question on the next voters ballot with the question, "Should the Electoral College vote be ABOLISHED? Or for Congress to pass avote on there own to "RECTIFY" the United States Constitution ABOLISHING the Electoral College vote as they almost did during the 91st Congress.

Please Sign the Petition and share with as many as possible. We have till March 28, 2015 for the next ballot to be voted on.
