Rafa Nadal is persecuted by the judges, and other players are not penalized.

Either apply the rule exactly as it stands, from the very first point, or scrap it entirely.

Umpires should not be allowed to influence the outcome of a match like giving warning on breakpoints. Please save our beautiful game from possible corruption.

Something should be done. I've watched a few matches this year were it looks like the result has been influenced by what looks like an arbitrary penalty being handed out on a critical point. As a spectator I have been left feeling cheated. The rule needs to be made transparent so that it's application can be seen to be fair.

Yes. The way the rule is functioning currently is so inconsistent that it raises a real question mark over match fairness and umpires impartiality, Brings the game into disrepute, .

This rule needs sorting out! Many players go over the time limit but most do not get time violation, As far as I can see, only one player is being given these time violations - and at crucial times in matches.

If you want to implement this rule, put a shot clock like in basketball. What's happening is that umpires are not consistent in applying the rule, when does the time start, when to call it and other considerations such as after a long and pulsating rally of 30 shots
