We, the undersigned, parishioners of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church of Tucson, Arizona, request an audit by a neutral independent third party certified public accountant licensed in Arizona, and experienced in auditing tax exempt organizations, of the Parish's finances, including but not limited to: its assets and liabilities in its name and/or control, as of August 31, 2015; its books; records; journals; all bank accounts; bequests and gifts; and all contracts from January 1, 2013, through August 31, 2015. This audit to be completed within 60 days of the delivery of this petition to the St. Demetrios Parish Council, and to be paid for by donors who have already agreed to fund the audit at no cost to the Church.
