Timothy Ray Nicholson #1898404 Parole Petition 2022

I believe this man deserves a second chance to reunite with his growing family and build a better life for himself. It is not my intention to minimize what he did but many people have served far less time for far greater crimes. Please give him the chance to make a better life for himself.

Praying Tim is released.

Please parole Timothy Nicholson. He has been a model prisoner and is no danger to society. It is time for him to come home.

Tim has done his due diligence. Please give him a chance to live again with a clean slate. Let’s put the system to a test and see if the reformation works.

I've known him since the day he was born. I knew his grandmother Ethylene and she would not hold a grudge. He's done more than his time in prison. Justice was served. Let him out.

It is time to let it go!!! My Mother and Daddy and my siblings and nieces, nephews and My inlaws, a grandbaby, 18 loved ones are buried in The Dresden Cemetery, I have forgiven Tim Nicholson! We hall have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. Do you think God hasn’t forgiven him????

Tim has been locked up long enough for the crime he has committed compared to other crimes.I have known Tim his whole Life and he made a terrible mistake that he regrets.I am confident that the prison guards & Warden would agree also. Thank You.

We are asking you please to grant Tim Nicholson parole. (Or at the very least transfer closer to his family.). It feels like he has served his time and nothing can be gained by his continued incarceration. Thank you.

Tim has never been a violent person. He made a mistake and should not have to spend his entire life in jail for it .

Mistakes made..Tim made one and is paying for it…let’s move on with his parole/release..

I completely support and plea for the release of Timothy Ray Nicholson. I’m a lifelong friend and he has more than served his time. He admits and regrets his crime. 10 years of his life and the lives of his family is more than enough time served. He poses no risk and needs to be released so he can begin to rebuild his life and prove his rehabilitation to the community.
