The iconic and endangered Bengal Tiger is being poached in Tadoba Andahari Tiger Reserve, Maharashrata, central India.

Tigers are killed in their prime by organised poaching gangs, stalled by a metal trap, and later killed.
Their bodies are cut into pieces to fuel the illegal demand of tiger body parts in China and S-E Asia.
As citizens of the world, we urge you to initiate, and complete the necessary legal steps and their enforcement, to prevent this poaching.
Shoot-at-sight orders in protected sanctuaries and reserves have been effective in wildlife sanctuaries in Africa, and we believe that these measures should be seriously considered.

Heartbreaking to hear about this. These animals have no one else to protect them. Need way more guards and better security in Tadoba immediately.
