Cranston Stadium or Stebbins Field has been home to the Cranston High School East Thunderbolts for 65 years. With the installation of the artificial turf completed in September, the plans call for the Cranston East Thunderbolts insignia at one end zone , while the Cranston West Falcons at the other. Recently, a sign has been erected announcing the home of the Falcons and Thunderbolts. Cranston West has an athletic complex and playing fields located on their campus. Cranston Stadium is on the east side of the city and is home to the Thunderbolts. Cranston West Falcons should not be represented on Cranston East\'s field. If this is the case and it seems to be then at least Cranston East Thunderbolts name should have take precedence and placed first on the sign by the scoreboard. This petition will be forwarded to the Mayor.
