Threats to freedom of speech in Canada

My kids have had a few principals over the years at the various schools they have attended and I want to express that Ms. Sadaka is one of the best, if not the best principal that they have had. For the board not to do a thing is an outrage and shows how behind in the times the school board is. If your boss does not even support you, how does that make an employee feel. And for one parent to express outrage over quite harmless expression of free speech, I think is ridiculous. I fully support Principal Sadaka and feel that the media, board, and supposed Human Rights groups are being too sensitive and taking things overboard. Our country is based on equality and inclusiveness and I am proud to be Canadian.

This is clearly in violation of freedom of speech and empowering people like Ghada Sadaka is exactly what we need.

Canada is respected as one of the most free countries on earth. Please do not allow this pillorying of a respectable Canadian school principals for expressing her opinions. Ms Sadaka has not called for violence or hurt anyone. She has called for greater tolerance using rhetoric that has been around since Socrates's time. Let thuggish interests not be allowed to silence her. Canada needs to be firm in protecting people like Ms Sadaka.

“I am a Canadian, a free Canadian, free to speak without fear, free to worship in my own way, free to stand for what I think right, free to oppose what I believe wrong, free to choose those who shall govern my country. This heritage of freedom I pledge to uphold for myself and all mankind.” Prime Minister John Diefenbaker, July 1, 1960, House of Commons

I support principal. Enough of political correctness. Evil must be exposed, isolated, and annihilated.

This is a basic Human Right that should be defended across the globe...even if it is Sa'udi Arabia, I'd defend the victims there...long live humanity!
