Very disappointed having checked the website on and off since 8am so I didn't miss it to find out I ended up missing out dead 10am coz they were sold out!!!

I think its an absolute disgrace! All sold out before 9.50 am when it wasnt supposed to be going live till 10 am! So annoyed!

I have complained on twitter, facebook, via e-mail. No response to any, probably because they will have 1000s of complaints. It is false advertising

Complete scam will not spend my money at this theme park for not beig decent enough to even follow their own terms and conditions 120 second "technical fault" was nearly 10mins early!!

Got online at 9.45 ready.
Refreshed the page numerous times, and then was told AFTER I'd submitted my details that the tickets were sold out at 9.58am. Total con.

Disgusted in this ... 12p ticket sold out at 9.57 .... To then put more out at 12 and the promotional code doesn't work !!!!

Tried at 10, tried again at 12 only to be told I can only enter my code once! ... you should have sent emails to everyone who tried to buy tickets at 10 seeing as everyone had to input there details!
