This move had some fantastic moments! But honestly it could use some improvement. Too much humor. I really wanted some added depth to Malekith. Also more development between Thor and Loki would have been great. I desperately want a Director's Cut so I can experience Alan Taylor's true vision for the story.

There really really needs to be a director's cut!!! The movie was great, but how much better could it be if all the scenes that were supposed to be in it, actually are in it. I want to see the Movie Alan Taylor wanted to show us.

I am not spending my money on this blu-ray without a director's cut - let alone without a DVD. While we're at it, let's get rid of the failed ultraviolet experiment and return to an itunes copy.

Thor The dark world was a great movie, that felt into the familiy/children friendly category. With a directors cut we can finally see all the work and money you invested on it showing us how deep and complex the characters of the film are. Thor-2 in the cinema was a failure. It's so strongly overrated it makes me want to vomit. I would've happily signed a petition to remove Joss Whedon from the entire thing for f**king up Branagh's and Taylor's hard work and turning it into an ugly joke. I was stupid enough to buy the most expensive ticket in the most expensive cinema complex in my city... just to see that vomit-inducing rom-com.
