Clemency- Overturn a conviction
There is an innocent man charge with a crime that he did not committ. There was no DNA. Once again the system makes an example of an innocent man.The man needs everyones support... We have the victim writing letters asking for forgiveness saying he did not committ this crime. There was a family member of the what was said victim on the jury...This can not be! Please help me help my brother so he does not have to stay in prison letting his life waste when he has children and family that need him there with them. How can the court convict an innocent man on hear-say. Please sign this petition and help us. he has already been incarcerated for 16 years and can not afford a lawyer. please sign to help an innocent man and his family. thank you, best wishes.

Thomas Overbay, an innocent man deserves to be out. To be with his children and family. He has already had to except the death of his father to cancer while incarcerated and the death of his mother just recently to many health issues, what a heartbreak, he couldn't even go to the funeral services for his parents let alone be able to say goodbye. please sign this petition so, he doesn't have to be in such a horrible place while the world goes by and his family passes on and his children grow up without their father. thank you
