The police are a bully especially those on the highways checking speed. They point an obselate speed gun and declare you're over speeding even when you're doing less than 50km. This must stop now.

If people do their jobs honestly without expecting favors or bribes, then Ghana will be a better place to live. If I know I did not cause the accident, why should I then bribe the officer to favour me. Worse still, you are asked to provide transport for the investigating officer to go to DVLA for the inspection!!
