I've known Josh since he was little. I got to know him better when I worked at M-Tex. He's always been to himself and never has caused trouble. He's never done drugs of any kind or drank. He's a good dad and a great guy. Its a shame what lies can do to a person and they sure destroyed his life. I pray for Josh that God will help the people that put Josh into this situation.

ive known Josh for nearly 20 years. I know him as a person, and I know his heart. It has been heartbreaking to see him go through something like this, with no fault. I'm really hoping for justice in this situation.

while the "justice system" was waiting time and taxpayers money investigating this false accusation a REAL drug dealer, child molester, or any other criminal is walking around free. It's a damn shame this kind of crap continues to happen.

I worked with Josh he is s great worker and was a great co worker he may dress different but so do alot of other people it's just a way for them to be themselves that doesn't mean that he or anyone else is a drug dealer we should not judge people by the way they look like or whatever they are wearing!

I personally know him and his family, and this has been catastrophic for both! Please sign!

I have personally heard the audio recording. Despite the terrible sound quality, the transaction in question was undoubtedly DVD's. There was zero mention of any type of narcotics being involved.

I have known Josh for close to 18 years. He has always been quiet and very respectable towards any persons in his presence. Its a shame that this has happened to someone who has dedicated 14 years to one place. A place that most people come and go very quickly.

It is a shame Josh has been put through this. I helped him as a realtor purchase his first home. It is a awful that because of these false allegations he is now struggling financially. I found him to be incredibly creative, hardworking and honest in my dealings with him.

CI's are beneficial to law enforcement bit this is a painful reminder that they are still criminals and some of them will throw an innocent person under the bus to save their own tail.

Apparently being exonerated of all charges is not enough for folks. Once something hits the open air, it is all people will ever know and remember. It is a travesty that the good name of a dear friend has been tarnished so unjustly. I stand by those that I trust and care about. In the face of adversity, he remains ever strong and vigilant. I will be here to see him through.

I have worked with this man. He has been rail roaded. It's not right what they did to him. I'm standing behind him cause I know he's not a drug dealer. He's a very nice person an a very hard worker.

I've known Josh for 13-14 years! Everything that has happened to him is a bunch of bull. He is a good guy, and doesn't deserve anything that has happened to him. Him being accused of a drug dealer is laughable!

I've know Josh for almost 20 years and he is by no means a drug dealer. He is a stand up guy through and through. This is totally bogus what had happened to him.

I have know Josh for 11 years and have never known him to deal drugs or do them. he has always stayed clean and is a stand up guy! I too believe he was singled out due to his personal style and artistic appearance. It is a shame that he has been bullied by his employer. Josh is a very polite, kind and respectful human being. This is an outrage and should have never happened to such a kindhearted individual.

think the Manchester city police dept should be liable for a false arrest.

I met Josh some 15yrs ago. He is kinder, more honest and has higher standards than most ppl. I have never known him to be a drug dealer and its obvious that whoever tries to pin that title on him doesn't know him. I believe he was probably singled out based on his style of dress and was assumed to fit someones preconceived mold of a character. AND THEY WERE WRONG!
