This is a petition to Recall and Remove the Current HOA Board at Armstrong Ranch: This is a petition to Vote for removal without cause by the Association Rules under Corporations Code section 7222. Since this is a removal without cause statute, we call for new replacement board members to be elected.

Within 20 days of submittal of the petition, the board is to notice a meeting. The meeting must be held 35 to 90 days after the petition is presented. If the board fails to act, the petitioners may call a meeting of members without board action. The director(s) whose removal is sought is entitled to have an opportunity to respond to the petition.

PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING: The undersigned members representing 5% or more of the Association hereby petition the board of directors set the earliest reasonable date for a special membership meeting for removing the entire board and electing A new board in the event the recall is successful.
