Reasons Mr. Ebert should let us march in the rain:
- no need for water breaks
- all rookies get a shower (thank goodness)
- good practice in case it rains at a competition
- you don't need instruments to set drill
- rain = refreshing = more energy at rehearsal
- rain = fun
