Reasons Mr. Ebert should let us march in the rain:

• no need for water breaks
• all rookies get a shower (thank goodness)
• good practice in case it rains at a competition
• you don't need instruments to set drill
• rain = refreshing = more energy at rehearsal
• rain = fun
