We all know that eBay is withholding the funds on all new seller accounts for a period of up to 21 days. According to their policy this is a hold. This is not a hold it is a form of escrow and they have failed to notify the seller that their funds are in escrow. (Without sellers contract agreement to Escrow said funds.) Furthermore eBay has gone out of their official domain to enforce policy using PayPal. PayPal claims that eBay is holding the funds and this is impossible since the payment came directly through PayPal via the buyer. Therefore eBay has interfered with the electronic transfer of funds to the rightful owner. Since eBay owns PayPal, this is a conspiracy by both domains to participate in the illegal act of electronic funds interception. Law stated in full detail below.
