We all know that eBay is withholding the funds on all new seller accounts for a period of up to 21 days. According to their policy this is a hold. This is not a hold it is a form of escrow and they have failed to notify the seller that their funds are in escrow. (Without sellers contract agreement to Escrow said funds.) Furthermore eBay has gone out of their official domain to enforce policy using PayPal.
PayPal claims that eBay is holding the funds and this is impossible since the payment came directly through PayPal via the buyer. Therefore eBay has interfered with the electronic transfer of funds to the rightful owner. Since eBay owns PayPal, this is a conspiracy by both domains to participate in the illegal act of electronic funds interception. Law stated in full detail below.

If you are a Seller and eBay or PayPal has ever held your funds as stated above, please sign the petition to make an example out of PayPal and eBay. This corporation has never learned until the stock holders have to pay.
The feedback from those affected by these payment holds reveals a consistent pattern of opaque communication. I am currently compiling these individual accounts to better demonstrate the scale of this practice to the relevant regulatory bodies. Further documentation regarding the legal implications of this fund interception will be provided shortly.

The increase in support indicates that many sellers have faced these same frustrations regarding fund accessibility. This momentum confirms that our concerns regarding company policy are shared by a vast community of users. I am currently organizing these findings to ensure they reach the appropriate legal entities.

They are ridiculous. They also hold our funds so that they can make money off of it via interest. Their practices seem so unlawful to me... I don't know how they get away with all of this

Been dealing with this headache for months. They just freeze your money for no reason and act like its standard business. Need to put a stop to this robbery.
