Seeing this level of support for Mr. Thijssen reminds me exactly why our kids have flourished under his guidance. The momentum behind this movement confirms that we are not alone in wanting the best for our students next year.

We as parents and our daughter as a student would like Mr Thijssen to continue with the class the last PYP year. He knows the children and their needs and wants. No one can replace him at this point.
Our daughter responds well to Mr Thijssen’s teaching and we really hope he will stay with the class! He is a great teacher for this class.

If Mr. Thijssen is not our teacher next year, the behaviour issues will come back. This is already visible in subjects like music and visual arts, where he is not out teacher. Other people often have trouble controlling our class.
