Then we need to become far more focused on reform and improvement of our Education system and mental health services to a far larger scale than before, increasing knowledge, understanding, open mindedness, removing politically Biased Social media and propoganda that divides and spreads disinformation, they should keep that on TV, not even there, Bias is the Bane of open minded progress, the above would be vital to improving nation wide mental health issues drastically, causing progressive strides in the right direction and would put society in a place to move forward and not feel stuck.
