Well done to Paige for setting up this petition. She is just one of many young people who have benefitted from learning to play and enjoy hockey through the Clubs Junior section. If the Club loses the current astro pitch to a 3G surface, it is likely that Thetford would no longer have a hockey Club, a Club that has existed for over 40 years and provides a safe sporting environment for adults and children alike.

Thetford Town Hockey Club really need your help. Breckland council are looking to change our current AstroTurf pitch at Breckland Leisure Centre into a 3G pitch that we can't play hockey on. This could spell the end to Thetford Town Hockey club which has existed for 40+ years.
