I think this is a great solution for saving an historic property whose value would otherwise be redevelopment which would most likely mean the distruction of the home. An historic residence is something Tampa has been lacking compared to most major cities. I think this is a good thing for Tampa and the intire Bay Area including the neighborhood. There are many ways this will help Tampa and if there are any negatives I think they will be less so with this use than they would with any other. Times change and it is not viable for this to remain a single family home but this is probably the only solution that keeps the actual home intact.
