In Los Angeles there are tons of great examples of this - The Getty, Greystone Manor. I couldn't think of a better group to do this project.

I feel people are not looking at the big picture. Historical building here are regularly bulldozed for less than mediocre design. Fear is pushing the lack of long term vision.

It is key to continue the short history and investment already made in a property and restore/ share / utilize in the community of Tampa versus using energy and time to block something simply for the sake of blocking. Thank you to those who restore instead of destroy.
