No bureaucrat should be able to create a rule that has the force of law. All law should be applied evenly to all citizens including the members of the government and especially to the congress that creates it.

For there to be a crime there MUST be an injured party and "the people against the accused"" does not qualify. For there to be a crime there must be criminal intent proved beyond a reasonable doubt. If these two elements are lacking, there can be no conviction. All who are imprisoned absent these two elements must be freed.

What I find the most troubling and appalling is that judges in multiple forums rely on their personal experience and/or societal agenda to render decisions. Why are they NOT being ordered to make constitutional rights decisions based FIRST on the writings and letters of the Constitution's authors?
