Not only do we need reform of Federal Regulations that inhibit our Constitutionally guaranteed freedoms, but we need PROTECTION from many agencies as well, who use these federal regulations to persecute and prosecute Americans that threaten the "status quo" when acting on their Constitutional rights, and guaranteed freedoms!

I am in total agreement with this petition, only I think that it should go even further, as there are others in federal prisons across this Nation solely because they either were whistleblowers or they did not agree with a bureaucrat and were railroaded. I believe that the Trump administration should investigate ALL those who did no harm and yet were sentenced to from 25 - 50 years in prison for political reasons.

Please let the mam return home to support his family and run his entrepreneurial business. He's not a big corporation with legal advisers to guide him in complying to all the oppressive regulations of big government. Please, give the man a break and allow Americans the freedom to enjoy the benefits of herbs, supplements, and other natural remedies that we choose to purchase with our hard-earned money.

Need to add Jim Staley to the list of innocents in prison. He was charged with fraud for selling securities to people who lost their investments in they 2007 market crash. His state cleared him of wrongdoing. The Feds made a scapegoat of him. He is serving 7 years (at Marion Missouri) apart from his wife and 7 daughters. No charges were brought against his fellow employees who sold the same securities, nor against his employer whose investment packages he had sold to his clients.
