I believe there is a 10th Amendment Solution to stop this tyranny dead in it's tracks. If the several State Legislatures are lobbied to pass legislation that would empower County Common Law Grand Juries of We The People to Indict any Federal Agent or Judge for these violations of their oath of office, or any of the founding documents. This legislation must allow the Grand Jury Indictments to be converted to Arrest Warrants that Constitutional Sheriff's Posse can execute jailing the criminals for Grand Jury Conviction. These Federal criminals could then be held indefinitely in any State or County prison. The Sovereign Several States must take back their police powers to protect We The People from Federal tyranny. The 10th Amendment Center should take up this task. The Militias of the several states should be reinstated to guard those County and State prisons.
