The Pheasant, Welland is currently closed and its condition an eyesore. We understand that there will be a proposal to replace it with housing within the next 12 to 18 months, but we the undersigned would prefer to see this village amenity retained as a Public House. Please sign the petition if you would like to see this building remain as a pub. Any questions, Please don't hesitate to ask.
