In the spirit of transparency and honest reporting, that all law enforcement officers who engage with the general public, prison inmates, and related persons be required to submit digitally recorded audio/video evidence of their daily activity. Recorded evidence must not be tampered with, nor deleted without reproach, and that defense-in-depth be determined to protect the innocent while delivering justice for all citizens.
