I love my little dog and I would be on the warpath if someone did that to her! I hope whoever did this is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!!

The person or persons responsible for this need to pay with their life regardless. They need to be shot between the eyes and left for dead in a garbage bag on a dumpster, and left to suffer with no food, water or anyone else. Left to die a slow and painful death. No jail time, that's too good for them. Drop them dead right where they sit or stand. No tolerance for anyone who abuse animals, none. I am so angry and hurt right now, till I am purely shaking. I can't even begin to fathom such evil towards a precious innocent animal that loves unconditional far more than any human ever could love and yet do such a thing. I have a fur baby and anyone ever done such, it wouldn't end well for them, I can assure you of that. This has to stop. God Bless you sweet little Theo! Prayers that you are feeling better soon.
