Accountability for false accusation of Child Endangerment in Mahoning County, Ohio

Outsiders in the small- town where we live.
On July 6th, 2015 at 5:40 PM We were arrested quickly without any question. Two days later we were arraigned with an outrageous bond restriction.
Compliments of my self- indulging ex and his ties to the town.
Instantly, Full residential custody lost.
By Friday, July 10th, 2015 we were served with restraining orders, myself and my 10+ year long partner, A Post 9/11 United States Navy veteran, tearing our family's lives in half
I didn't get to see or hear the voices of my children until October. I missed my disabled son's first day of Kindergarten.
Since, he has been injured more times than I can count, resulting in chipped front teeth, frequent bruising, etc. because he was placed with people who do not know how to care for him.
March 8th, 2016, now eight months, 5 continued pretrials, and a custody battle that was pre- determined from the start.
My fiance's restraining order still hasn't been dropped, causing him to have to leave our family home for long periods of time, impeding on his own parental rights to our daughter.
Child Services REFUSED to help us when I pleaded with them to investigate several times, The children's Guardian Ad Litem (who I requested for them), did NOTHING and then recently stepped down from our case........
Presently, I don't know what local prosecutors are doing. They seem to be more focused on finding something on us all while my children are effected in several ways from this situation.
People oftentimes blame gov't agencies when actual abuse occurs because they feel they didn't act to prevent it. I want everyone to know that the other side of that coin is that they don't really "act" either way. I just seen a local news article where CSB was commended for their increase in in- home visits. They never even came in our home
We just want our lives back. I've been to the local news stations, papers, etc. Nobody will hear us. Hopefully this petition will pave some way for some accountability to be upheld and hopefully soon.
I can elaborate on any of the factual info and on the effects this has had on our 3 children (8, 6, & 2 yrs old) Feel free to ask any questions.

I never thought I would see this level of response when I first sat down to write this out through all those tears and the absolute exhaustion of fighting for my kids. Knowing that so many people are finally looking at how these systems can just tear a family apart in a heartbeat feels like the first real breath of air I have taken in a long time.

I have faith, pride in my daughter/son -n- laws parenting of their 3 children! Most of all I am proud of their Faith / strength they continue to have to repair the damage caused by a self serving, greed, jealousy of Irisa's Ex & his mother!... Please help by signing this petition!!
I've called countless times since the boys were given to their dad. Nobody did any type of history assessment before they did this. They outright refused to look at the facts. Still no discovery on our cases
Corrupt in every way. Mahoning County is the worst.

This is one of the saddest things I have seen a father's revenge just to destroy his sons lives but says he is protecting them. The damage he has done in 8 months will last a lifetime compared to what truly conspired that day..He makes me feel so sad and terrible for his sons..The only person guilty of anything is the man called dad that has them two boys..
