The people attached to this petition object to the planning proposal and any planning application with reference to "The Brook".
The people below were not made fully aware of any meeting regarding CBC proposal and any planning proposal the CBC Housing Dept stated took place.
Herein contained are our digital signatures of approval to the above notices.

The first one is to quickly see the original poster which was supposedly to advertise the Planning Proposal, and the letter which was received on the 12th of August, which includes a site plan. There is also a planning application from 2010 which is remarkably similar to the current proposal.

I have spent hours reviewing the old planning documents and it is clear that they are trying to push through the same project we fought years ago. This neighborhood deserves better than hidden meetings and recycled proposals that ignore our concerns about the future of The Brook.

Seeing this level of support for The Brook proves that I am not the only one feeling ignored by the council. This momentum shows that our community is finally coming together to demand the transparency we were denied.

Allan Macleod (and others) are misinformed. This application is not for the Windsor Drive Recreation ground, it is for the small plot of land beside St Thomas Meeting House.
I work for a youth club near by, and in the summer we take the young people we look after on the field to play sports, where would we take them away from other young people to play sports with them, if they take away this field?
It's not for the the field on Windsor drive. This is a flood plane. They are looking to build on the little bit of grass next to st thomas meeting house and behind the bus stop and the new homes on the corner of Windsor drive. Hope this clarifies this a bit better. The land is tiny and will be on top of residents. Not to mention there are two in close proximity of the proposal to this one.
Is no where safe from from the builders....why don't they use the fields or grounds around the by pass instead ofor land that is being used
I object to the planning proposal and application of The Brook. This in not about the provision of temporary accomodations and/or who will make use of these facilities. My objections are based on the lack of consulatation with the residents, the unsuitability of the project for this specific area.
I object to the proposal and planning application.

A silly location for such housing. Will be an eyesore and bring antisocial behaviour
