This is a petition to help Sledgehammer Games realize the importance of theater mode to the COD community. It would make a great addition to Advanced Warfare and help YouTube content creators make the type of creative content that would not be possible to make without a theater mode. Snipers use theater mode to record cinematics for montages, while funtage YouTubers use it to record multiple angles. When theater mode is used as a tool, the possibilities of making creative content are endless.
Sledgehammer games is paying a lot of attention to the e-sports community, and I'm sure that many members of the e-sports community go into theater mode after a match to check for better ways to execute a strategy if it failed before.
So far, the only excuse (not quoted directly from SHGames) is that theater mode is useless because the Xbox One and the PS4 have built-in capture cards. While capture cards are useful, they alone cannot fulfill the needs that theater mode can.
Please, at least consider the addition of theater mode.
