Lately, I've been thinking about how us humans call the 2000s the 21st century. This concerns me greatly because many people, including myself, get confused about this concept. The 19th century is the 1800s, the 20th century is the 1900s. The list goes on and I'm getting sick of it. I believe we should change the names of these centuries to what they should be. The 19th century for the 1900s, the 18th century for the 1800s, and so on. However, this begs the question: what will the 1st century be called? The most obvious answer would be changing it to the Zeroth century. So join me as we change humanity's flaws and the historical community for the better, forever!
