What happens in the mountains stays there. There are so many reasons for that, it is part of that ritual. Xhosa women even mothers of the boys never knew and never questioned what happens to their boys when they go through manhood. passage. Lets all do that and respect othet people's cultures. I fully support the petition yin le bangasqheli.

Lento ilisiko nesithethe sakwaNtu lidlikidlwa kangangokuba lizolahlekelwa lixabiso. Yintoni le ingaka ngesizwe sakwaXhosa ibangela abantu bafuna ukuyazi kangaka ? Ndiyacinga ukuba asikayi kwingcambu yonobangela yokuba kwenziwe le film nezinye documentaries ezidlulileyo. Is this to understand what makes the Xhosa nation so great and proud ? Or is this a ploy to destroy the pride of the Xhosa nation in its entirety ?

Our culture is our Constitutional right, the law must therefore protect this negative publicity. We know this done to diminish our culture and it's value to us. They are trying to erase our history then we will not know who we are. Our culture is our identity, those who tarnish it have no interest other than business minds and to destroy it.
