The War Z is an Online Game by Hammerpoint Interactive and it is set in a post-apocalpytic World infested with Zombies. Many Players pre-ordered the game to participate into the Alpha-Testing. However - many players want their money back for several reasons :

* Hammerpoint Interactive told players from the early beginning, that they only have to pay once and never again. They just tried to make players pay for the "Create Clan" Feature. After they noticed, that players are raging for this, they made it free. We don´t trust Hammerpoint Interactive any longer.

* The amount of cheaters/hackers is extremly high. This game isn´t really playable at this moment due to players who cheat.

* Players report, that their account is deleted, just because they complained about this game in the Forums/Ticket-Tool.

We - the players - claim our money back due to the lack of features that were announced from the early beginning. We paid for the game and participated in an Alpha-Game. Now that the Alpha-Testing is almost over, we don´t want to have this game anymore, because of the reasons above. We tested the War Z free of charge (Alphatesters are usually paid !) and now it would be just fair, if Hammerpoint Interactive give us a FULL REFUND of the game.
