If you're going to demolish it, at least make it a vertical mixed use building and get rid of the need to widen the roads and implement parking standards. Otherwise, leave it be

We don’t want all that in our neighborhood. There is open public space directly across the street use that stop with the foolishness of turning a homes with families that like myself that have lived here since the age of 7 into a stupid business. Take your business else where it’s not wanted next door to family houses. I don’t even know why you would even think of such a stupid idea

There are plenty of vacant commercial properties to utilize. There is already poor traffic on the main roads surrounding the village especially May and Hefner; this will only add the to problem and in a time when homes for sale are few and far between this is removing two properties capable of being listed as a single family home.

I would prefer not to have this area zoned commercial for the proposed purposes and design. If it is zoned commercial, can there be building restrictions put in place since it is part of a neighborhood?

There is enough commercial across the street.

There is no need to demolish 2 homes to build a commercial building that will most likely sit empty. I am 100% against this proposal to make the changes to commercial property.
