The United Nations were established to prevent events such as the genocide that occured in Rwanda that led to the deaths of between 800,000 to 1.2M peole. But despite warning of impending genocide by the then UN Millitary Head in Rwanda, the UN ignored him and eventually withdrew the UN Peace Keepers from the country thereby giving the murderers the chance to fully perpetrate this act.

The United Nations is hereby required to take full responsibility for their failure in Rwanda and face judgement for abandoning a country they were suppose to be protecting. This will prevent future occurrence of such. This will let the UN know that their main aim and reasons for existence is to protect and defend the people of the world against such evil.
