UBI is a necessary implimentation if we want to have a stable economy for the automation wave thats going to hit. It can be funded by a VAT, and mixed with a system that values the health and well being of people instead of GDP.
We all deserve the right to live without worry of survival. Right now we work and barely scrape by as it is, which is why jobs can toss you away at any moment. They know they hold the power when it should really be a two way street. UBI would offer us the ability to find jobs better suited for us and give employers incentive to realize employees are people too.

A lot of Americans can Benifits with this. I’m partially disabled and raising 2 kids. This will help me financially.
