This is a shame to Jose Rizal if he is still living today. DMCI's Torre de Manila must be demolished and who ever signed the permit for them to build this national photobomber, must be penalized.

The Rizal Monument has been known as our country's symbol in the past few decades for many other countries. It is known as the center/heart of the Philippines. It's like India's Taj Mahal, France's Eiffel tower, & London's Big Ben. You don't really have to be a genius to understand that a national heritage, especially one like this, should be preserved & protected.
