I have been reading all your messages about the ticket site crashing and the frustration of empty carts. It is exhausting to deal with the silence from the organizers while we were all left out in the cold. I am still pushing for a response because this neglect is not going to be ignored.

Reaching this many people feels like a heavy weight shifting even if the road ahead is still long and exhausting. It is draining to see how many of us were left behind by this process but seeing this momentum keeps me moving forward.

I think every show should have more VIP tickets because 60 is not enough especially for London where I'm going to see the boys, more fans should have the opportunity to meet the boys and it's only costing us £27 where most people can afford it instead of it being really expensive. Thank you x
I love the tide so much! and when they announced their tour I burst with joy and when they said there would be vip tickets I was so overjoyed but then it got announced that there was only 60 tickets for each venue. its a shame that people can't get tickets because there are only 60 anad some people feel the need to buy more than one set of vip tickets. now fair play to them but that isn't fair? we need more vip tickets and dates!
Was on the website before 10 as soon as it striked 10 said london vips were unavaliable so missed out on vips
I would love more dates for Glasgow especially vip - indigodrew on Twitter
More fans should get the chance to meet them and experience what any a few people are getting to!

I love The Tide so much and when they announced the tour dates I was so exciting to getting VIP ticket for Glasgow and when it got to 10am to buy the ticket online it was saying there was no tickets for VIP for Glasgow , and I was so gutted and really hope they give out more VIP tickets for anyone who couldn't get tickets .

Gave my daughter the money a month before I was with her at 10 missed out on vip for London. Gutted for her She really wanted to see them
