The Terrace Bar & Grill - Benavista Petition To Re-Open ASAP

Good luck! Hope to see you soon

A wonderful bar, managed extremely well, that is a major part of the bena vista community.

ASAP please, we’ve missed you

Open soon please

The Terrace pub is such a huge asset to the El Paraiso/Benavista area. It will be very sad for the community if it does not re-open. It provides a wonderful community pub for residents and visitors to meet, enjoy a meal together and meet new friends. This is a much valued family friendly community pub and is run by a wonderful family so has a welcoming and safe atmosphere for all. I really hope The Terrace will be open again soon. Thank you!

why is my favourite bar not been allowed to open. No trouble there not like other places. I think there must be some underhand intrigue going on.

Can’t close this pub!!

have visited you yet as only recently moved here but would love to visit as looks like a nice pub from the pic

Can’t wait for this lovely bar to reopen again

It's a disgrace what's happening with The Terrace , it beggars belief that the authorities can treat people like this !!!!

As a former publican myself I understand the importance and function of a public house within a community. The Terrace has almost met with the service standards and social standards expected within the community it serves having met the regulatory requirements on the standard of facilities any obstruction to trading is based on what exactly? The approval process needs fixing not the public house.

lovely enclosed terrace same set up as Aba - Tannino - for example - cannot see why there is a problem - it is an enhancement to the area that is in need of tourist money now more than ever - support the local area

Please open asap

Its ridiculous what they have been put through and made to do

Please reopen, fantastic family run business

I’m so surprised this hasn’t reopened sooner!!!!!!

Much loved family run establishment... so lovely and welcoming, a beautiful little place to relax in. Must be open ASAP please.. x
